Non-disciplinary corrective action definition
Non-disciplinary corrective action means non-disciplinary action taken by a supervisor to enable or encourage an officer to modify his or her performance. It may include oral or written educational counseling, training, increased field supervision for a specified time period, voluntary professional assistance/evaluation or voluntary referral to the Employee Assistance Program.
Non-disciplinary corrective action refers to action other than discipline taken by an EHPD supervisor to enable or encourage an officer to improve his or her performance.
