Non-Customized Software means non-customized off-the-shelf Software that: (1) is so licensed solely in executable or object code form pursuant to a nonexclusive, internal use Software license; (2) is not incorporated into, or used directly in the development, manufacturing or distribution of, the products or services of the Company Group; and (3) is generally available on standard terms for less than $10,000.

Prekės – tai materialiosios prekės (kurios nėra programinė įranga), kurias iš Tiekėjo užsakė Pirkėjas. Prekės apima ir bet kokią prekėms skirtą dokumentaciją. GTCs – tai šios Pirkimo užsakymo Bendrosios nuostatos ir sąlygos. Intelektinės nuosavybės teisės arba IPR – tai bet kokie patentai, registruoti pramoniniai modeliai, autorių teisės, teisės į pramoninius modelius, teisės į duomenų bazes, teisė į topografiją, prekių ženklai, paslaugų ženklai, teisė teikti paraišką įregistruoti pirmiau minėtas teises, komercinės paslaptys, teisė į nepatentuotą praktinę patirtį ir bet kokios kitos intelektinės ar pramoninės nuosavybės teisės.   • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
