Non-Core Land definition
Non-Core Land means each of the following parcels of land, each of which is immaterial to the Issuer’s gaming operations and as to which the Issuer has no intention to develop:

Examples of Non-Core Land in a sentence
Prior to the Closing Date, MTR may, from time to time, sell or dispose of any Non-Core Land, as such term is defined in (a) Section 1.01 of the MTR Senior Indenture and (b) Section 1.1 of the MTR Credit Agreement, on such terms and conditions as it may determine, in its sole discretion.
