Non-Controlled Entities definition

Non-Controlled Entities means, as of any date of determination, any Person not consolidated by the Borrowing Group in accordance with GAAP as of such date.
Non-Controlled Entities means, collectively, Northwest Hydro GP Inc., Northwest Hydro Limited Partnership, Coast Mountain Renewable Energy Inc., Coast Mountain Renewable Energy #2 Inc., Coast Mountain Hydro Corp., Coast Mountain Hydro Limited Partnership and Inuvik Gas Ltd.;
Non-Controlled Entities means the Persons identified as such in the Company Disclosure Letter.
