Non-Conformity Report. ("NCR"): refers to a report i ntended for the importer and for the User Government, indicating that the assessment result is not "satisfact01y" following detection ofan instance of non-conformity or of a fraud, or of the impossibility of completing the assessment for reasons attributable to the exporter/importer.
