Non-Conforming Properties definition

Non-Conforming Properties means those certain Individual Properties set forth on Schedule XVI.

  • Since its formation, no Loan Party has conducted any business other than entering into and performing its obligations under the Loan Documents to which it is a party, the acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation, ownership, maintenance, sale, transfer, refinancing, management, leasing and operation of Eligible Properties and Non-Conforming Properties and such other activities as are incidental to the foregoing or reasonable extensions thereof.
