Non-Conforming Commodity definition
Non-Conforming Commodity means any Commodity that fails to meet specifications established by Carrier for pipeline transportation of that Commodity (or in the absence of Carrier specifications, specifications established by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 66 Pipeline LLC for such Commodity).
