Non-compliance Penalty definition

Non-compliance Penalty generally means an amount that is reduced from eligible charges due to a failure to comply with specified provision requirements of the Plan. Any amount not covered by the Plan due to a non-compliance penalty is the responsibility of the covered person.

Examples of Non-compliance Penalty in a sentence

  • Subject to Clause (e) above, the Supplier/Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Supplier/Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate.

  • If any Non-compliance Penalty arises, the Supplier Development Manager shall issue a Non- compliance Penalty Certificate 90 business days before the expiry of the contract indicating the Non-compliance Penalties which have accrued during that period.

  • If any Non-compliance Penalty arises, the Supplier Development Manager shall issue a Non-compliance Penalty Certificate 90 business days before the expiry of the contract indicating the Non-compliance Penalties which have accrued during that period.

  • If any Non-compliance Penalty arises, the Supplier Development Manager shall issue a Non- compliance Penalty Certificate on the last day of each month during such Non-compliance indicating the Non-compliance Penalties which have accrued during that period.

  • Subject to Clause (i) above, the Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate.

  • Subject to Clause (e) above, the Supplier shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Supplier for the amount set out in that certificate.

  • If any Non-compliance Penalty arises, the Supplier Development Manager shall issue a Non-compliance Penalty Certificate on the last day of each month during such Non- compliance indicating the Non-compliance Penalties which have accrued during that period.

  • Subject to Clause (g) above, the Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate.

  • Subject to Clause (e) above, the Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate.

  • In order to guarantee that the Supplier meets its obligations in terms of the Local Content Plan or its committed local content undertaking, Transnet shall be entitled to retain a Non-compliance Penalty at the rate of 2% of every monthly payment due by Transnet to the Supplier over the contract period (“the Local Content Retention Amount”).
