Non-Compensatory Option definition

Non-Compensatory Option has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulations Section 1.721-2(f).
Non-Compensatory Option means a non compensatory option as defined in Treasury Regulations Section 1.721-2(f) (other than an option for a de minimis interest), including convertible debt or convertible equity.
Non-Compensatory Option means a non-compensatory option as defined in Section 1.721-1(f) of the Treasury Regulations.
