non-classroom teacher means that sub-group of employees who are not classroom teachers, including but not limited to counselors, psychologists, speech language pathologists, librarian/media specialists, student advocates, instructional coaches, NFVA teachers, elementary p.e., music, intervention specialists and other bargaining unit members who do not work with regularly recurring and specifically defined groups of students and do not assign grades.
