Non-Chip Card definition

Non-Chip Card means any Card that is not a Chip Card. Non-Excluded Liabilities means liability for personal injury or death due to the negligence of you or us or our respective directors, officers or employees, for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by any applicable law.

Related to Non-Chip Card

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module which when used with the appropriate mobile phone handset enables you to access the Network.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).
