Non-cancelable Non-Returnable Inventory or "NCNR Inventory" shall mean (i) Inventory listed on the bills of materials that are to be procured from suppliers that will not accept returns or cancellations once such Inventory is ordered or (ii) Inventory that may not be returned because the right of return has expired.
