Any extra-curricular activities such as private music lessons, riding lessons, trips and visits in which you agree in advance your child may participate shall be deemed to be supplemental to items met by the Non Boarding charges and charged for accordingly.
In accordance with the Behaviour Management Policies, the Head may in his/her discretion withdraw the Non Boarding place (either temporarily or permanently) if he/she considers that your child’s attendance, progress or behaviour (including behaviour outside school) is unsatisfactory and in the reasonable opinion of the Head the removal is in the School’s best interests or those of your child or other children.
We reserve the right to refuse to allow your child to access Non Boarding and to withhold any references while charges remain unpaid or there is a persistent failure by you to pay the charges on time.
All the costs of the provision of Non Boarding (except the cost of the provision of education which is provided without charge according to the provisions of the relevant Education Acts) shall be met by the charges unless otherwise notified to you by the School at any time (either in the Schedule of Charges or otherwise).
These examples are not exhaustive, and the Head may decide that withdrawal of Non Boarding for a lesser offence is justified where there has been previous misbehaviour.
We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of Non Boarding at the School.
However, the School shall not be obliged to permit your child to enter sixth form Non Boarding unless satisfied that it is appropriate to do so having regard to his or her academic attainments and all other relevant circumstances.
The Head reserves the right to withdraw Non Boarding without prior notice in the event of a material omission or inaccuracy.
Subject to these terms and conditions, the School will accept your child as a member of Non Boarding from the time of joining the School until the end of his or her secondary schooling.
The School may make a decision as to whether your child may join sixth form Non Boarding after the results of GCSE or equivalent examinations are known, and may make entry to sixth form Non Boarding conditional upon the results of such examinations.
