Non-Biodegradable Substance definition
Non-Biodegradable Substance means all substances including packaging material, metal, inerts, plastic, drain silt, street sweeping waste, clothing, rubber and paper products excluding Bio-degradable Substance, construction debris, Hazardous Wastes and Biomedical Waste.
