Note: If the last day of the month falls on a non-Banking Day, then the interest on the Current Account Balance for the non-Bank Days shall be accrued by the Bank depending on the Current Account Balance at the end of the last Transaction Day of the respective month (excluding the Balance interest paid on that day) and paid by the Bank on the last Banking Day of the respective month at the moment of closing such Banking Day in the Operating System.
Any Line of Credit Applicable Interest Period which would otherwise end on a non-Banking Day shall end on the next succeeding Banking Day unless that is the first day of a month, in which event such Line of Credit Applicable Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Banking Day.
Funds must be received in Seller’s nominated bank account as indicated in the invoice by no later than the due date on Seller’s invoice or no later than the last Banking Day before the due date if that due date falls on a non-Banking Day.
If funds are received after 6pm or on a non-Banking Day, value will be given for the next Banking Day.

If any payment falls due on a non-Banking Day it will be made on the succeeding Banking Day.
However, a notice given in accordance with the above but received on a non-Banking Day or after business hours in the place of receipt will only be deemed to be given on the next Banking Day in that place.
No payments will be made by CGS-CIMB to the Designated Bank Account through the Electronic Payment Service on a non-Banking Day.
If payment falls due on a non-Banking Day, then payment shall be made on or before the last Banking Day before the due date.
