Non-Anchor Tenant definition

Non-Anchor Tenant means any tenant (or, as to a Property that is subject to a Ground Lease, a subtenant under the applicable Ground Lease) that is not an Anchor Tenant.
Non-Anchor Tenant means any Tenant other than an Anchor Tenant.
