Non-Allowable Assets definition
Non-Allowable Assets means the total amount indicated in Line 9 of the Computation of Net Capital in MSCS’ most recent Form X-17A-5, Focus Report.
Non-Allowable Assets means, with respect to any Person, any assets of such Person which are not Allowable Assets of such Person.
