Non-Affiliated Lessee definition
Non-Affiliated Lessee means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, each operating lessee under an Operating Lease, which is not an Affiliate of Borrower, provided that such operating lessee shall be selected in accordance with the terms hereof. As of the date hereof, the term Non-Affiliated Lessee shall refer to Landcom Hospitality Management, Inc., in its capacity as the lessee of (a) the Miami Lakes Property and (b) the Miami Airport West Property.
