Non-Affiliated Entity definition
Non-Affiliated Entity means any Person that is not an Affiliate of the Borrower and that is wholly-owned by another Person.
Non-Affiliated Entity means an entity that is not Affiliated with Licensee Parties and references to a Non-Affiliated Entity shall be further understood to refer to the Affiliates of the Non-Affiliated Entity.
