NOMW means, in relation to the Customer's Connection, a Notification of Metering Works which is the notification of work performed at a metering installation. Unless specified otherwise, the NOMW must be sent to us via the B2B e-Hub and be in the format as defined in the B2B Procedure.

  • NOMW reserves the right, in the context and circumstances authorized by the applicable legislation and regulations, to delegate to one or more external entities, the task of providing certain important services forming part of the Services under this Agreement.

  • Risk Disclosure Investment risks: The Client acknowledges that NOMW Capital has emphasized, and the Client understands the risks inherent in investing and/ or trading in local and international securities and other Investments, including foreign exchange risks and possible loss of principal.

  • Amendment: NOMW Capital may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the Fee Schedule and/or any supplementary agreements made hereunder by sending to the Client a written notice describing the relevant changes.

  • All details given by the Client to NOMW Capital in relation to the Client and the Client’s financial position, in the annexed Account Opening Form and otherwise, are and will remain complete, accurate and not misleading in any material respect.

  • The Client’s money will be segregated and held in a client account separately from the assets of NOMW, except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement.

  • NOMW Capital shall not be in breach of its obligations under this Agreement and shall not be liable to the Client for any loss caused directly or indirectly by Force Majeure.

  • Promptly after receipt by NOMW Capital of notice of the commencement of any action or proceeding or threatened action or proceeding in connection with any claim or demand that might give rise to the obligation of indemnity hereunder, NOMW Capital shall give written notice thereof to the Client, provided that the failure to give such notice shall not relieve the Client of the obligation of indemnity hereunder, except to the extent that the Client is actually prejudiced by such failure to give notice.
