Nomination Forms means the applications forms, agreements, confirmations, statements, disclosures and candidate questionnaires developed by the Provincial Nomination Committee from time to time for the purposes of assessing a Potential Contestant’s suitability and ensuring a Potential Contestant’s compliance with these Rules.
