  • Any nomination submitted after the Timely Nomination Cycle shall contain Customer's service requirements for one Day only and shall include the effective date and time.

  • With respect to the Timely Nomination Cycle, in the absence of agreement to the contrary, the lesser of the confirmation quantities should be the confirmed quantity.


More Definitions of Nomination Cycle

  • Designated Director means a person designated by the RE to ensure overall compliance with the obligations imposed under chapter IV of the PML Act and the Rules and shall include:
