• The Nominating Entity shall alone be entitled to remove their respective Directors and/or Observers nominated or identified for appointment by it to the Board.

• The Board shall, at the request of the Anchor Investor, Dvara or MSDF as the case may be pursuant to whose nomination a Director has been appointed ("Nominating Entity"), have the authority to appoint an alternate Director.
