Nominated Product definition

Nominated Product means a Product that is not sourced by the Company and which does not form part of the Company’s range of listed Products, but which at the request of the Customer the Company has agreed to purchase from the supplier thereof and supply to the Customer.
Nominated Product means a Product which, at the request of the Buyer, Sysco Ireland has agreed to purchase from the supplier thereof and supply to the Buyer, either because it does not form part of Sysco Ireland’s standard range of Products, or because the Buyer has agreed specific purchase terms for the Product directly with the supplier.
Nominated Product means the product specified in the Order Form. Non-Active Account means an Account which has not, for a period of at least 30 consecutive days, done one or more of the following:

Examples of Nominated Product in a sentence

  • Subtenant agrees to immediately notify Tenant in the manner set forth above of any notice that Subtenant receives from Landlord concerning the Premises, the Building, the Lease, or this Sublease.

  • Where the Customer has failed to order or pay for Nominated Product stock for any reason and the Company is holding stock of Nominated Products, the supplier will be offered the opportunity to collect the Nominated Product stock from the Company, or alternatively will instruct the Company to dispose of such Nominated Products at the supplier’s expense.

  • The Authority has the intention to establish a Nominated Product Scheme (NPS) for Supply of Implants and Consumables for Peripheral Vascular Occlusive Disease in compliance with the requirements in this Invitation to Quote.

  • The Authority has the intention to establish a Nominated Product Scheme (NPS) for Supply of Medical Consumables for Peripheral Endovascular Embolization Treatment in compliance with the requirements in this Invitation to Quote.

  • Innophos shall be required to satisfy the Annual Nominated Product Volume by monthly volume purchases equal to one-twelfth (1/12th) of the Annual Nominated Product Volume with variations for any given month not exceeding 10% (or, in the case of the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date and ending December 31, 2018, prorated portions thereof) unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties.

  • Aquanova shall prepare a Product Budget, together with the JSC, for such Nominated Product for JOT’s review and approval.


More Definitions of Nominated Product

Nominated Product means the product specified in the Order Form. Order Form means, in order of precedence:
Nominated Product means any of the following that is nominated by JOT for inclusion in this Agreement: (a) a pharmaceutical product, whether or not containing a JOT Compound; (b) a new dosage strength of an existing Product; (c) a Co-Packaged Combination Product; or (d) a Fixed-Dose Combination Product that, in each case, (i) contains, subject to acceptance by Aquanova pursuant to Section 3.01, an Active Ingredient that is not Resveratrol, and (ii) is intended for the pharmaceutical use in respect to the treatment of one of the Listed Indications.
