Nominated Partner definition

Nominated Partner means any partner of an instructed frim specifically nominated within any Instructions;
Nominated Partner means a partner of Us that is nominated by us to be the reseller or receive commission for a certain Customer.
Nominated Partner shall an organisation with whom we have a partnership agreement and who is nominated by us as the reseller for a certain Customer.
