Nominated Operator definition

Nominated Operator means the sub-contractor appointed by the Station Facility Owner to carry out its obligations under the Station Access Agreement or these Station Access Conditions including being the operator (as such term is defined in the Act) in relation to the Station;
Nominated Operator means the person approved by the Director as the nominated operator of a licence in accordance with clause 8;
Nominated Operator means a nominated diver authorised to control fishing under the authority of a licence in accordance with clause 10;
