Nominated Location definition

Nominated Location means, in relation to a Service, any of the Origin, Destination, Intermediate Point and such other location where railway vehicles operating that Service under the control of the Train Operator will move onto and off the CVL; "Non-affected Party" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;

Related to Nominated Location
