Nominated Contractor definition

Nominated Contractor. – shall mean a sub-contractor specified by the Authority for the specific purpose of carrying out a designated portion of the work.
Nominated Contractor means an entity nominated by the Concessionaire as Design and Engineering Contractor and/or Construction Contractor, as the case may be.
Nominated Contractor means a Contractor selected by the Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and proposed to the Authority of NMC for assignment/transfer of the Contract as provided in this Agreement;

  • The Consultant acknowledges that: the Commonwealth may from time to time request the Consultant to agree to be directly engaged by a Nominated Contractor rather than the Commonwealth; or Nominated Contractors may from time to time request the Consultant to agree to tender for a direct engagement with the Nominated Contractor.
