Nominated Address definition

Nominated Address means the registered address of Customer or any other address nominated by Customer by written notice to the Supplier;
Nominated Address means the address nominated by the taxable company for Corporation Tax purposes
Nominated Address means the address for delivery nominated by the Customer;

Examples of Nominated Address in a sentence

  • At Breathesafe’s sole discretion, delivery of the Goods shall take place when the Customer or its agent takes possession of them at Breathesafe’s Address or the Customer takes possession of the Goods at the Customer’s Nominated Address (in the event that the Goods are delivered by Breathesafe or Breathesafe’s nominated carrier).

  • Blue Chip reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to determine the Nominated Address.

  • The replacement system/s will be made available to the Customer at the chosen Nominated Address for the Invocation Period specified in the Schedule.
