Nominal Weekly Hours definition
Nominal Weekly Hours means for full-time Employees 38 ordinary hours per week and for part- time Employees the average number of weekly ordinary hours over the period of their employment. It does not include reasonable additional hours as set out in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
