Nominal Principal Amount definition

Nominal Principal Amount means on any day on which there are one or more Undetermined Reference Entities, the Outstanding Principal Amount that would have been outstanding on such day if (i) a Loss Amount had been determined in respect of each Undetermined Reference Entity that is a Long Reference Entity on its Event Determination Date on the basis that its Final Price were zero, and a Loss Amount had been determined in respect of each Undetermined Reference Entity that is a Short Reference Entity on its Event Determination Date on the basis that its Final Price were 100 per cent and (ii) Long Cash Settlement Amount Reductions and Short Cash Settlement Amount Increases were made on the relevant Cash Settlement Dates to reflect such Loss Amounts.
Nominal Principal Amount means, as of any date, an amount equal to (x) the Desired Loan Amount applicable to such Operating Borrower, plus (y) the sum of all of such Operating Borrower's Allocated Additional Loan Amounts (if any) as of such date.
Nominal Principal Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.24 hereof.
