Nominal Plaintiff. If any infringement action, suit or proceeding is brought hereunder by Amerimmune to enforce any rights in the Technology or the Marks, Inventor shall upon request and at the expense of Amerimmune, cooperate with Amerimmune and be named, joined and participate therein as a nominal plaintiff.
