Nominal Order definition

Nominal Order means an order made under section 21 of this Ordinance, other than an order so made that has been varied to provide for the payment of a greater amount than the nominal amount directed to be paid by the order before it was varied;
Nominal Order means Customer's initial order to purchase from Contractor 1,578 Repeaters (excluding Prototype Repeaters) consisting of [*****] High-Power Repeaters and [*****] Standard Repeaters.

Examples of Nominal Order in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, as long as Contractor provides the Work in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, Customer intends to obtain the Nominal Order of Repeaters from Contractor, except for reasons due to changes in its financial, technical or business needs.
