Nominal Loss definition
Nominal Loss means a Loss which is otherwise indemnifiable under this Section 12.4 and the amount of which is less than $10,000.
Nominal Loss means, with respect to a Restitution Fund Claimant, the sum of such Restitution Fund Claimant’s interests in the California Limited Partnerships’ account balances with BLMIS as of December 11, 2008.
