Nominal Contract Value definition

Nominal Contract Value means the dollar amount resulting by multiplying the Contract Amount by the Contract Price by ten (10).

  • In the event that the Commercial Operation Date is not extended pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.4, but the Facility is resized pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.5, Seller shall be entitled only to a portion of the Development Security equal to (i) two percent (2%) times the Nominal Contract Value multiplied by (ii) the ratio of the revised Contract Amount resulting from the resizing to the original Contract Amount prior to the resizing, provided such ratio does not exceed 100%.

  • If the Facility has not achieved Commercial Operation by the Effective Date, Seller shall post and thereafter maintain development security equal to two percent (2%) of the Nominal Contract Value upon execution of this Agreement.

  • Annual Contract Value or “ACV” means the net subscription fee for one (1) year as defined in the Order Form for a specific Customer.

  • Total Contract Value means contract value plus statutory dues like GST etc. and any other amount payable under contract.

  • Contract Value means that portion of the Contract Price adjusted to give effect to such additions or deductions as are provided for in the Contract which is properly apportion-able to the Goods or Services in question.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Average Contract Value means the higher of (inclusive of carbon tax but exclusive of goods and services tax) the (i) average of the total amount payable by the Consumer to the Retailer based on the average electricity consumption of three (3) months (before the date of termination) or (ii) the total amount payable by the Consumer to the Retailer based on the Declared Monthly Consumption.

  • Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.

  • Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.

  • Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.

  • Approximate original contour means that surface configuration achieved by backfilling and grading of the mined area so that the reclaimed area, including any terracing or access roads, closely resembles the general surface configuration of the land prior to mining and blends into and complements the drainage pattern of the surrounding terrain, with all highwalls and spoil piles eliminated. Water impoundments may be permitted where the board determines that they are in compliance with section 34-33-120 (2)(h).

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Balance billing means charging or collecting an amount in excess of the Medicaid, Medicare, or contracted reimbursement rate for services covered under a Medicaid, Medicare or employer sponsored beneficiary’s plan. “Balance Billing” does not include charging or collecting deductibles or copayments and coinsurance required by the beneficiary’s plan.

  • Net Present Value means the net present value calculated as at 30 September in the year in which the relevant Reference Notice is given or, where in any year no Reference Notice is given under paragraph 14 but the Water Services Regulation Authority gives a notice to the Appointee under paragraph 15, as at 30 September in the year in which the Water Services Regulation Authority gives the notice, by discounting subsequent cash flows and inflating earlier cash flows at the Appropriate Discount Rate, assuming all cash flows in any Charging Year occur on 30 September in that Charging Year; a "Notified Item" is any item notified by the Water Services Regulation Authority to the Appointee as not having been allowed for (either in full or at all) in making a Relevant Determination; and for the purpose of this definition:
