Nomadic Traffic definition

Nomadic Traffic means traffic to a particular NPA-NXX that originates from or terminates to a location other than at the End User service location located within the Rate Center assigned to and associated with such NPA-NXX.

Examples of Nomadic Traffic in a sentence

  • All Nomadic Traffic delivered by a Party shall be subject to access charges pursuant to ILEC’s tariffed switched access rates.

  • Nomadic Traffic is traffic originating from an Internet Protocol (“IP”) device other than at the End User’s service location.

  • If either Party intends to send a material amount of Nomadic Traffic, then such Party shall notify the other Party in writing within sixty (60) days to amend the Agreement.

  • If either Party intends to send primarily Nomadic Traffic, then such Party shall notify the other Party in writing within sixty (60) days to amend the Agreement.

  • Because of this, the Parties agree that Traffic originating from or terminating to an Internet protocol (IP) device other than at the end user subscriber’s service location (Nomadic Traffic) provided by either Party will be immaterial.

  • The Parties understand and agree that some small amount of Nomadic Traffic is likely to be exchanged and wish to ensure that ILEC is properly compensated for such traffic.

  • If either Party believes that a material amount of the other Party’s traffic is Nomadic Traffic, then the Parties can conduct audits or take other commercially reasonable steps to verify that the other Party is not provisioning any of its services to intentionally circumvent applicable Switched Access Service charges.

  • Nomadic Traffic Due to the advancement of IP technology and applications available, services have become more mobile.

  • The Parties understand and agree that some small amount of Nomadic Traffic is likely to be exchanged and wish to ensure that FairPoint is properly compensated for such traffic.

  • On or after the Effective Date of this Agreement, neither Party shall exchange Nomadic Traffic unless otherwise certified in writing in advance by the Party sending the traffic to the other Party for termination.
