Noise reduction system component means one of the individual constituent parts whose assembly constitutes the noise reduction system. These components are, in particular: the exhaust pipings, the expansion chamber(s), the silencer(s) proper. 2.5.1. The air filter is considered as a component only if its presence is essential to ensure observance of the prescribed sound-level limits. 2.5.2. Manifolds are not considered components of the noise reduction system.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.
