  • The shareholder has requested NOIC to accept direct payment from the lessee of all water charges payable in respect of the shareholder’s shares detailed in schedule 1 of the agreement and the lessee has agreed to make such payments by direct monthly debit to NOIC during the continuance of the leasing agreement between the shareholder and the lessee (“Lease”) set out in schedule 1.

  • NOIC will have the right to submit an unsigned credit card charge form for the purpose of transacting debits or credits to your account.

  • You must return the Equipment to NOIC at the end of each day, in the same condition in which it was received.

  • You will not allow any third party to use the Equipment, without the prior written approval of NOIC.

  • If the Equipment or any components of the Equipment (including SIM cards) are lost or stolen, you will pay any service charges until the loss or theft is reported to NOIC and NOIC has had a reasonable opportunity to cancel the affected service.

  • You will pay any costs incurred by NOIC to repair or replace any damaged, lost or stolen Equipment or any damaged, lost or stolen components of the Equipment.
