NOG definition

NOG means Northern Oil and Gas, Inc., any company or organization related to Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. in the present or past (including without limitation, its predecessors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint venture partners, and divisions), and any successors of Northern Oil and Gas, Inc.

  • I agree that if I later discover any additional Company property or in my possession or control, I will promptly return it to NOG.

  • To accept the terms of this Waiver and Release, I must deliver the Waiver and Release, after I have signed and dated it, to NOG by hand or by mail within the twenty-one (21) day period that I have to consider this Waiver and Release.

  • To revoke my acceptance of this Waiver and Release, I must deliver a written, signed statement that I revoke my acceptance to NOG by hand or by mail within the fifteen (15) day revocation period.
