NOC Event definition

NOC Event means any event or competition, other than Delegation Event as defined above, in which the NOC enters athletes (e.g., the Youth Olympic Games) and any event or competition used to select the team to that event.
NOC Event means the date on which regulatory approval for any generic version of a Product has been granted or issued to an arm's length third party with no direct relationship to the Purchaser, including without limitation an NOC and/or DIN;

Examples of NOC Event in a sentence

  • For example, if after a NOC Event but before a Generic Event, the Purchaser experiences a 25% reduction in Net Sales from the Reference Period in the month in which the milestone payment is due for such Product, the milestone payment due would be reduced by 25% and therefore a payment of 75% of the applicable milestone amount would be made by the Purchaser to the Vendor in respect of such Product.

  • The purpose of this MOU is to establish the roles and responsibilities of the Parties as those roles and responsibilities relate to establishing an Olympic high performance program for the DanceSport of Breaking and selecting and sending elite athletes to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the 2023 Pan American Games, competitions that qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, any NOC Event, or USOPC Breaking Activities.

  • In the event of a Post NOC Event in the month in which a milestone payment is due to the Vendor in respect of any Product, the Purchaser shall be entitled to reduce the applicable milestone payment owed by the Purchaser to the Vendor in respect of such Product by the corresponding percentage decrease in Net Sales for such Product in the month in which such milestone payment is due to the Vendor.
