Noble Plan definition

Noble Plan means the Noble Corporation 1991 Stock Option and Restricted Stock Plan.

  • There are no audits, inquiries or proceedings pending or, to the knowledge of Noble, threatened by any governmental agency with respect to any Noble Plan.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
