Nobel definition

Nobel means Nobel Insurance Limited and, except in determining under Section 15(E) hereof whether or not any Change in Control has occurred, shall include any successor to its business and/or assets which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law, or otherwise.
Nobel means Nobel Real Estate Investment Trust, an unincorporated open-ended real estate investment trust governed by the laws of the Province of Québec;

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, any portion of the Retention Bonus which becomes payable under this Section 3.3 is conditioned on the Employee’s execution, delivery and non-revocation of a general release of claims against Nobel Learning and its affiliates in a form reasonably prescribed by Nobel Learning (the “Release”).
