NOAT Documents definition
NOAT Documents means the NOAT Agreement and the NOAT TDP.
NOAT Documents means the trust agreement establishing and delineating the terms and conditions for the creation and operation of NOAT and the Abatement Distributions procedures to be implemented by NOAT, in each case, the terms of which shall be consistent with the Plan and otherwise acceptable to the DOJ, the Ad Hoc Committee and the MSGE Group, in consultation with the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee, and which shall be filed with the Plan Supplement.
