NO - Wrong answer means at least one calculated result for at least one problem instance was incorrect. Even if you are correct on 99 problem instances but are wrong on the last one, you will get this response.

Oral communication means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation, but such term does not include any electronic communication;
Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 911 calls originating in a given area. The E911 Customer may designate a PSAP as primary or secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering.
