No Trim definition
No Trim. List. SpringHouse Village has given the residents the option to do their own pruning and trimming instead of having it done by Contractor. SpringHouse Village will maintain a “No Trim” list which will be provided to Contractor. Each property on the “No Trim” list is required to have a sign in their front yard provided by SpringHouse Village Docusign Envelope ID: 175FE75B-5264-47A7-BF66-AF7DB9FDFE15 which shows “No Trim” in English and Spanish. No shrub or ground cover pruning shall be performed by Contractor on properties on “no trim” list. Contractor will notify SpringHouse Village of any mishaps. Trim list is for the entire season.
