No Solicitation provisions set forth in Section 6.2(e) of the Purchase Agreement and the Mutual Nondisclosure and Non-Solicitation Agreement, dated April 22, 1997, shall have no force or effect with respect to negotiations with Arrow Electronics, Inc.
