No Other Obligations. The Mortgagor has no material financial obligation under any indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, loan agreement or other agreement or instrument to which the Mortgagor is a party or by which the Mortgagor or the Mortgaged Property is otherwise bound, other than obligations incurred in the ordinary course of the operation of the Mortgaged Property and other than obligations under this mortgage and the other Loan Documents.
