No MNPI Representation definition
No MNPI Representation means, with respect to any Person, a customary representation that such Person is not in possession of any MNPI.
No MNPI Representation means, with respect to any person, a representation that such person is not in possession of any material non-public information with respect to Holdings and its Subsidiaries or the securities of any of them that has not been disclosed to the Lenders generally (other than Lenders who have elected not to receive such information).
