NO LIVE. Aboards: Living aboard vessels is prohibited pursuant to KMC 18.68.130(3)(a)(vii). Tenants may stay a maximum of 3 consecutive nights on-vessel in the marina.
NO LIVE. ABOARDS: Vessel Owner acknowledges that Club is not permitted or licensed to allow live aboards. Violation of this paragraph shall result in the forfeiture of Vessel Owner’s security deposit, and immediate termination of this Agreement, together with all other remedies available to Club hereunder and pursuant to Florida law.
