No Littering. Not to throw or allow to be thrown litter in the Common Areas of the said Building/Block/Tower/Housing Project.
No Littering. Not to throw or allow to be thrown litter in the Common Areas of the New Building/Complex. No Trespassing: Not to trespass or allow trespassers over lawns and green plants within the Common Areas. No Overloading Lifts: Not to overload the passenger lifts and move goods only through the staircase of the New Building. No Use of Lifts in Case of Fire: Not to use the lifts in case of fire. No Covering of Common Portions: Not to cover the Common Areas, fire exits and balconies/terraces (if any) of the said Apartment.
